All About Chess is excited to be offering an online chess program at Evergreen Middle School starting in the fall. We take time to get to know our students, and provide extra assistance wherever we can. In a typical class we do a structured lesson, then students practice what we have been learning with games against their peers, chess puzzles, and fun chesskid tournaments. In more advanced classes we start introducing higher level positional concepts. Sportsmanship is stressed throughout the class as well as thinking about our actions before we make them and making good choices.

The class will come with a gold membership to There are a lot of great resources we can use on the site that we will go over during class. Any skill level is welcome and we will tailor the class to the students’ skill level. We had a really strong team at the State Championships last year and hope to build on that again this year.
