Curtain up! Light the lights! EMS PTSA is thrilled to welcome our theater program back to Evergreen! Along with Studio East's ArtReach program, we are excited to bring the classic story of Beauty and the Beast to the stage.

The cost of this program is $200. The first 50 students to register in this no-cut program will be cast in either a main role, a supporting role or in the ensemble. Registration is required to audition. For more details and to register, please visit our Theater Club page. Parents are expected to volunteer for a committee (costumes, concessions, etc.) as well as chaperone two rehearsals minimum.

  • Mandatory parent information meeting: Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 7 pm
  • Auditions: After school on Monday, Feb. 6 and Tuesday, Feb. 7
  • Visit Theater Club page for all rehearsal dates and performance dates

If you have questions after reviewing the information on our Theater Club page, please email Manda Mangrai.

Help Needed for Our Dec. 6 Staff Appreciation Lunch

A red mug of hot chocolate with a marshmallow snowman floating on top

Hello, everyone! We would love your help again in treating our fabulous EMS teachers and staff. Let's bring in the holiday season with some homemade baking and your family's favorite holiday dish.

  • HOW TO HELP: Sign up here to bring a food/beverage item or lend a hand.
  • WHEN: Drop off items at the front office by 10 am, Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Please consider donating your time for set-up and clean-up. It's always needed and appreciated, and it's a terrific opportunity to get to know our EMS teachers and staff. In order to do this, you must be an approved LWSD volunteer.

Happy holidays and thank you for all your continuous effort! This event wouldn’t be possible without your help. Questions?  Contact Elena Luican.
