Thank you to all our amazing  2023-2024 EMS PTSA volunteers and members!  Whether you chaired or served on a PTSA committee, coached an enrichment team, brought delicious food for staff appreciation events, supported the theater production, donated funds, attended membership meetings, volunteered your time in other ways to help our school and students, or were simply a member of the Evergreen PTSA - without your support none of what we do would be possible!

On behalf of the 2023-2024 Evergreen PTSA Middle School Board of Directors, we thank you!!

June General Membership Meeting

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our final General Membership meeting of the 2023-2024 school year!

At Tuesday's meeting we reviewed our finances and fundraising efforts, approved a budget for 2024-2025, elected our new board of directors, learned about our end-of-year events, and reviewed the LWSD building levy that will be on the November ballot.

Minutes and the revisions to the budget will be posted on our website for EMS PTSA members to review soon. If you are interested in learning more about the rebuild for Evergreen MS and other aging schools in our district, visit the LWSD Building Excellence Plan Projects website

Help Needed!

Our school is looking for volunteers to help our hardworking lunch staff.  Volunteers would serve food to students and ensure that they are recycling and composting responsibly.  This is a great opportunity for parents who want to volunteer in the school.  You can volunteer once or on a regular basis!
