We need someone to attend Lake Washington PTSA Special Education Group meetings (or as many of them as your schedule allows). These monthly meetings connect and support families in the LWSD community who have students who receive special services and feature connection time, a formal presentation, and time for Q&A. We'd love to have someone bring the content and knowledge back to our Advocacy team so that we can better advocate for all our EMS families and students.
The next meeting is October 17th @ 6:30 p.m. at the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052). Email Aspen Richter at advocacy@evergreenptsa.org if you are interested.
Don't want to be Special Ed Chair but still want to attend? The meeting is open to all! More information can be found here.
It's quick and easy to support your school—just click here to donate.
Every dollar contributed to Pass the Hat, Evergreen PTSA's primary fundraiser, goes directly to support the services and programs offered by the PTSA.
Our recommended donation is $100 per student, but please consider giving whatever you can. Don't forget corporate matching, if your employer participates! Every dollar counts, and all contributions are greatly appreciated!
Your donations to Evergreen Middle School PTSA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are tax-deductible.
Apply to be a volunteer at Evergreen Middle School, or renew your volunteer approval status today! Whether you plan to volunteer with EMS PTSA or as a general school volunteer, your approval within Lake Washington School District (LWSD) must be renewed every two years.
LWSD requires that all volunteers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (both doses of a two-dose series or one dose of a single-dose vaccine), or request exemption. Visit LWSD's website for more information.
This Thursday, October 5th, at 6pm
