Evergreen Middle School and Studio East are excited to bring the classic story of Beauty and the Beast to life here at Evergreen! Studio East Provides costumes, sets, props, a Director, Music Director, and Choreographer...and your family provides the actors: your students!

Studio East's ArtReach program is a six-week-long afterschool theater program that can support up to 50 students, grades6-8. It is a no-cut program - while students who sign up will need to audition to see where they might best fit into the cast, they are all guaranteed a part in the show.

This program is designed to cover a 6 week period, 4 days a week:

    • 1st week: Auditions, callbacks, casting, read-through after school
    • 2nd-5th week: Rehearsals after school at Evergreen Middle School for approximately 3 hours, 4 days a week.
    • 6th week: Technical and dress rehearsals at performance venue and up to 2 performances.

*Mask is required during the rehearsal.
