April is Earth Month

Earth Day Quote: “The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.” — Robert Swan

April is Earth Month, a time to remind ourselves how much we depend on our planet and why it’s so important to protect it. The highlight is Earth Day on April 22nd. Evergreen PTSA wants to encourage your family to think about opportunities how you and your family can help. Earth’s resources—clean water, fresh air, fertile soil—are limited, and it’s up to all of us to take care of them for the people and wildlife that call this planet home.

This April, we are planning to hold a Plastic Free Lunch Day on Tuesday, April 22nd. Watch out for more information in our next newsletter and your email inbox.
