TO ALL EJH PARENTS AND INCOMING EJH PARENTS
Many of you have been asking about important dates for the fall calendar. Below
is a "working" calendar - always subject to change! There will be a revised
hard copy sent home with the summer packets that you will be receiving in mid
August. The most important dates for August and September are:

We
are going paperless as much as possible this next year. Our newsletter, The
Eagle, will NOT be mailed home, but will be posted on the Parent Organizer (PO)
with a link to the PTSA website (www.evergreenptsa.org).
A few hard copies will be available in the office for pick up by a student or
parent.
Change your settings on your PO account to "daily" as well as "weekly" updates,
as there are things that are posted midweek or sometimes every day, depending on
the circumstances.
If
you have any questions about ANYTHING, please contact us. On behalf of the EJH
PTSA Board of Directors (BOD), we are here to serve and welcome you into the
Evergreen community, so that you have a fun rewarding experience and your
student feels connected and successful.
