Boys' & Girls' Track ~ Girls' Tennis ~ 6th Gr. Boys' Basketball ~ 6th Gr. Girls' Volleyball
4th season sports will start on April 17th, but the deadline for paperwork submission to participate is March 31st. The sports offered during 4th season are Boys' and Girls' Track, Girls' Tennis, 6th Grade Boys' Basketball, and 6th Grade Girls' Volleyball.
A student will be eligible to participate in a sport when meeting the following requirements:
Has no outstanding fines or fees.
Purchases an ASB card ($25, once a school year).
The LWSD Sports Participation Fee is paid.
Fee is $75 per sport
There is a maximum cap of $150 per student and $225 per family
All of the required forms are turned in to the school office. Please print the forms below, fill them out and return them to the office athletic secretary.

Paperwork can be picked up at the activities office or by clicking below and going to "Athletics Full Packet" near the bottom.
*Important note: Even if a student has played a sport earlier this school year, they still need to check in with the front office and let them know they intend on participating in 4th season sports. Doing this allows an accurate roster for coaches.
