Our EMS robotics teams spent the year designing robots to solve a complex challenge for the VEX IQ competition. The challenge involved students controlling the robots and programming them to run autonomously. Five of our nine teams qualified for the state competition in Ellensburg. At the competition four of our teams made it to the top sixteen out of the entire state. Congratulations on a great first year for our robotics program!
Next year the program will be open to all students in all grades at EMS. Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level.
